Feedr is the food delivery platform where feeding the office isn’t a side order but a speciality. We’ve got taste-tested menus of fresh, ready-to-eat food, flexibility baked into our tech and fuss-free ordering, tailored to you.

And we always look for vendors championing low impact on the planet and high flavour. No sad salads here: this is mood-flipping good food that leaves you energised, uplifted and full of beans.

Cloud Canteen:

The ‘what does everyone want for lunch?’ takes a lot of time. Cloud Canteen gives it back – and doesn’t miss an order either. You choose menus and dish out credits in the portal. Employees log onto the app, order and crack on until the doorbell rings. Magic.

Group Catering

Feed 15 with a picnic buffet or feast on finger food with a guest list of 500. More if the plus ones turn up. Serving healthy sharing platters, individual packed meals and black-tie-worthy canapes, our group catering delivers on every occasion.

We hand-pick our vendors based on a rigorous set of sustainability, brand value, and operational criteria. All our vendors make their food on-site fresh every morning, never use any additives or chemicals, work to minimize food waste in their kitchens, and are foodie innovators at their core, with a burning passion for the meals they create. We value our customers' opinions and love to hear recommendations of new and exciting food businesses.

How much does an average meal cost?

We have a range of meals to fit every budget, from affordable to premium. Feedr never marks up prices, so you get charged directly what the vendor charges. Get in touch to discuss your specific requirements and we can give you an estimate of what it will cost.

How do you select your vendors?

Feedr - Cloud Canteen - Your account

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

Go to the customer portal https://feedr.co/nl-nl/dashboard fill in your email and click 'forgot password'. Follow the steps provided in the email send to the email linked with your account.

Do I have to register to order?

Yes, your company has received a registration link, simply follow the steps provided in this link and you are ready to order within minutes.

Can I see in the system what my colleagues have ordered?

Unfortunately, you cannot view your colleagues' orders unless you are the admin. We recommend that you have your colleague email you the order confirmation.

Can I share my profile with my colleagues at work?

We recommend that each user has their own profile/account login.

Corporate catering - Ordering

How do I start placing orders?

It's so easy to get started. Go to https://feedr.co/nl-nl/office-catering/vendors and enter the delivery address in the search field. Once you've made your menu choice, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page or click the Checkout button in the top right corner of the browser.

If you are an existing user, please enter your email address and password or you can continue ordering as a guest. Follow the steps to place an order.

Can I have an order delivered to a different location/office?

Yes of course! Go to https://feedr.co/nl-nl/office-catering/vendors and enter the new address where the food will be delivered. You will be shown the best local corporate caterers available for that location.

What should I do if I am not around when my order arrives?

During the checkout process, you have the option to change the primary contact information, or you can include the name of the person receiving the order in the delivery instructions field. Alternatively, you can call us on 085 2006 166 or email [email protected] to let us know who will be there on the day and we will make sure the driver is informed. Then keep your order number at hand or state it in the e-mail.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there may be a minimum order quantity, but this depends on the caterer.

Do we take into account special dietary requirements?

Yes, we absolutely do! We have a wide variety of special diet menu options available, including vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.

Do we offer halal food?

Yes, some of our corporate caterers offer halal sensitive options. For more information or for a full list of halal office caterers, call 085 2006 166 or email [email protected] and one of our consultants can assist you.

How much delivery time is needed for ordering?

Delivery time requirements depend on the caterer. We recommend giving as much delivery time as possible, but most orders can be placed the day before delivery. If you need urgent catering at the office on the day, we offer an Express Service, where we can help you with simple catering requests call 085 2006 166 and one of our customer service advisors will be happy to help you.

Can I place orders in advance?

Absolute! You can place your order days or even months in advance and rest assured that we will be kept up to date with all future orders. And best of all, your credit card won't be charged until the day after delivery.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancellation fees may be charged for orders canceled after said times, based on costs incurred by Feedr or the caterer. We will do our best to minimize these costs for you.

48 hours before delivery: free cancellation

<48 hours before delivery: 50% of the order value

between €500 and €5,000

>1 week before delivery: free cancellation 

<1 week

>72 hours before delivery: 85% of the order value 

<72 hours before delivery: 100% of the order value

over €5,000

>3 weeks before delivery: free cancellation  

<3 weeks >1 week before delivery: 50% of the order value will be charged.

For orders that canceled after the above days, charges may apply based on the costs incurred by Feedr or the supplier. We will do our best to minimize these costs for you.

Who do I call if the order is late?

If your order has not arrived by the requested delivery time, please call your contact person at Feedr or you can call our general number on 085 2006 166.

How do I get in touch with the caterer or restaurant?

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us on 085 2006 166.

Who prepares and delivers the food?

We work with the best corporate caterers with proven expertise in the production and delivery of delicious food to businesses. That is why these caterers will prepare your order and deliver it to your office.

Can I place an order with two different caterers, or on one order?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You must enter two different orders per caterer.

Can I place an order without creating an account?v

If you don't have a login, you will be prompted to enter a password and register for an account when you proceed to checkout. It's super easy to register and best of all you can edit your order, reorder, view invoices and more.

There is nothing to see in my suburb, or my favorite caterer/restaurant is not listed.

We are working hard to get more corporate caterers on board. If your favorite restaurant is not listed, please let us know by emailing [email protected] or calling 085 2006 166. We will track them down and see if we can get them on board for you .

If you're not sure what caterers deliver to your area or if nothing shows up, call us on 085 2006 166 and one of our catering consultants will be happy to help.

How do I know when my order has been confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, you can call us on 085 2006 166. Consult our terms and conditions for more information.

Can I change my order?

Yes, it is very easy to change your order. You can do this yourself online via our online platform, or you can call us on 085 2006 166 and one of our advisors will be happy to make these changes for you. To change your order online:

1. Log in to your account Hover over your name in the top right corner of the browser and click on 'My Orders' 2. Find the order and choose the Edit button to add or remove items or adjust quantities

Corporate catering - Payments

How can I pay?

Feedr accepts all major credit cards.

Credit card payments incur costs. Visa and MasterCard charge 1.40%, excluding GST bank charges. American Express and Diners Club cards have a surcharge of 2.30% excluding GST bank charges. Changes might apply to these amounts, check your provider to see the latest fee.

Please note that payments are net 7 days. A deposit may be required for certain orders. Invoices will be sent to your email address. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

How can I have a copy of the invoice sent to me again?

Send an email to [email protected] and one of our customer service advisors can help you. A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you as a PDF.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged the day after your order is delivered. If it's your first delivery creditcard may be charged before delivery.

Pantry & Kitchen Supplies

How does it work?

Once our quote has been accepted and we have confirmed all the necessary details, we will create your account (if necessary) and upload your orders to our online portal. You will receive an email with login details for our online portal, where you can place your orders online. view and manage.

Once the order has been entered into our system, you can "set and forget". This means that any regular orders, such as weekly snack boxes, office fruit or office supplies restocking, will just keep recurring - they will be delivered to your office every week, so you don't have to worry about anything!

Want to change the order? You can do this yourself via our online portal (it's really very simple), by speaking to your contact person or calling us on 085 2006 166 or by emailing [email protected] and we will implement these changes. Happy to implement for you.

How much delivery time is needed for ordering kitchen supplies?

Most deliveries can be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your request is urgent, please call 085 2006 166 to speak to our kitchen supplies advisor.

Can I change my order?

Yes, of course you are welcome to make changes to your order! Simply call us on 085 2006 166 and we'll be happy to help you with the changes. Please note that changes made 24 hours before delivery may not be accepted. Call us on 085 2006 166 and we will do our best to facilitate these changes.

Who do I call if there is a problem?

If you have any problems with your order, please call 085 2006 166 and one of our kitchen supplies advisors can help.

Can I change my order?

Yes absolutely! We have a sophisticated online portal that is very user-friendly and gives you the opportunity to adjust orders yourself. You can also call us on 085 2006 166 or send an email to [email protected] and one of our dedicated consultants will be happy to assist you.

Can I pay on account?

Yes this is standard with us and payment can also be made by credit card or SEPA bank transfer.

If this is not a viable option, please contact your dedicated kitchen supplies consultant on 085 2006 166 to make alternative arrangements.

What happens to my order during holidays?

As each holiday approaches, we'll send you a message about how we'd like to manage your orders on your behalf. For example, we can move the order to another day. You will have the option to accept what we have arranged, or to adapt it to your needs. You can do this through our online portal or speak directly to your dedicated kitchen supplies consultant on 085 2006 166, and they will make these changes for you.

Fruit delivery

What is the minimum number of pieces of fruit I can order?

The minimum quantity for the delivery of office fruit is 33 pieces of fruit.

Can I make my own fruit selection?

Yes, fruit preferences are available, or we'll be happy to choose based on season and popularity.

How much does office fruit cost?

Prices vary depending on volume, but rest assured that we have the best prices and will tailor a fruit business solution to suit your needs. Call us on 085 2006 166 or send an email to [email protected] to speak to one of our consultants.

How often do you deliver office fruit?

Our suppliers deliver 5 days a week, however this varies by region.

Can you deliver fruit to my office during office hours?

Yes, absolutely, fruit delivery to the office is possible during office hours, but please note that it depends on your location. Please do not hesitate to call us on 085 2006 166 and we will be more than happy to tailor a solution to suit your needs.

Can I have my fruit delivered to the office on Mondays?

Yes, in most areas the delivery of company fruit is possible on Mondays. Contact one of our kitchen supplies consultants on 085 2006 166 for more information and rest assured we can tailor a solution to suit your needs and requirements.

What time do you deliver the fruit?

Our drivers deliver the fruit at any time of the day, depending on the route they are driving that day. Please do not hesitate to call us on 085 2006 166 if you have a preference and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and requirements.

What happens if my delivery falls on a holiday?

Depending on the holiday and the day on which the delivery falls, a delivery schedule may change. These changes depend on your type of delivery, your location and the day of your delivery.

What are your event management costs?

Our event management fee is a flat 5.5% of your total cost charged to your order.

This fee covers:

The quotes that our event team prepares for you (in normal circumstances you will receive multiple quotes from different suppliers).

Your event manager who manages your event from start to finish, including confirmations, schedules, a briefing to your on-site crew and performing the role

How many wait staff/chefs should be hired for my event?

Below you will find more details about the different occasions and the ratio between staff and guests. This also depends on the caterer, for a final estimate we can send you a quote. Is there a minimum amount of time for which I can hire staff?

Yes, all employees are often hired in shifts of a minimum number of 4 hours, this differs per caterer, we can send you a quote for your event if we know the details.

When will the equipment rental be delivered?

This depends on the type of event and the time everything starts. We recommend that your equipment be rented the day before your event and picked up the day after. Be sure you have space for the equipment during that time frame.

How much alcohol should I order for my event?

We recommend basing your alcohol consumption at about 3 drinks per person for the first hour and then 2 drinks per person for every hour thereafter.

Your guests will also appreciate non-alcoholic beverages, including bottled water, soft drinks, and juice. Beverage selection for events should consist of a combination of beer (full strength and light), white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, sparkling mineral water and a selection of soft drinks and juices.

The most popular wines to serve are:

White: Sauvignon Blanc

Red: Cabernet Sauvignon

Note: You can get about 5 glasses of wine from a standard size wine bottle.

There are 24 bottles of beer in a crate.

How much lead time do I need to provide you with my event?

As these functions can be complex and require a number of suppliers and caterers, we recommend allowing 10-20 days. However, we will do our best and work with as much lead time as you can offer.

What should I do if I can't find the menu I want?

Please call the event managers on 085 2006 166 or email [email protected] and we will be happy to create a menu to suit your needs and budget. We want to make sure your event is great!

Do you provide services that are not listed on your website?

Yes absolutely! Need a coffee cart or bouncy castle for the kids? Or a food truck party? How about an ice cream truck for your summer corporate event or children's entertainment? We can find everything for you! Simply call the event managers on 085 2006 166 or email [email protected] and we'll take care of it from there!
