Christmas Cookie Latte

Cookies, coffee and a dash of alcohol and you’ve got a party in one glorious cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
  • 4 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons toffee liqueur (or butterscotch schnapps)
  • 1/4 cup thickened extra light cream
  • 2/3 cup ice

Directions

  • Place a thin layer of sugar in a small pan
  • Heat over medium to high heat until the sugar begins to melt and turn golden
  • Pour onto a piece of baking paper and allow to cool
  • Once cooled, place it in a ziplock bag and crack it into small pieces with a rolling pin or mallet. Set aside
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all the remaining ingredients and shake for 30 to 60 seconds
  • Pour into a large glass and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with the cracked sugar pieces

Mix Amaretto with flavoured vodka and Irish cream and it tastes just like a cookie. Serve alongside your favourite Christmas finger foods for a delicious festive flavour journey.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar cookie flavoured vodka
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 fortune cookie

Directions

  • Place all wet ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  • Shake for 60 seconds
  • Pour into a martini or champagne glass
  • Garnish with a fortune cookie

Spiced and cake batter shots

These delicious cocktails have plenty of holiday style, especially when it’s rimmed with festive sprinkles. Make a shot size for an ice breaker, or a martini size as an after dinner cocktail. Ingredients

  • 1 part cake flavoured vodka
  • 1 part spiced rum
  • 1/2 part creme de cacao
  • 1 part thickened extra light cream
  • Dash of cinnamon schnapps (optional)
  • White frosting and sprinkles

Directions

  • To decorate the rims of the glasses, dip the edge into the frosting, then into the sprinkles
  • Combine all wet ingredients in a pitcher. Adjust the taste to your desire. If you would like it to be a bit spicier, add a little cinnamon schnapps or light cream to tone it down a little
  • Place in the fridge and pour into shot glasses and serve when ready

A delicious chocolate and toasted coconut biscuit is now turned into an amazing dessert cocktail that everyone will reach for after Christmas lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons creme de cacao liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream
  • 2 tablespoons coconut liqueur
  • 2/3 cup ice

Directions

  • Rim a martini or stemmed cocktail glass with honey and toasted coconut
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the remaining chocolate syrup, creme de cacao liqueur, Irish cream and coconut liqueur with ice
  • Shake for 30 to 60 seconds
  • Pour into the cocktail glass and serve immediately

Chocolate mint cocktail

It tastes like a chocolate mint biscuit, but no biscuits were harmed in the making of this cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint schnapps
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream de cacao
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlua
  • 1 tablespoon vodka

Directions

  • Combine the ingredients in a tumbler with ice
  • Shake for 30 to 60 seconds
  • Serve and enjoy!

There are so many ways to eat an Oreo. This is our favourite way.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons vodka
  • 3 tablespoons Kahlua
  • 3 tablespoons white creme de cacao
  • 3 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 Oreo cookies for garnishing
  • Ice

Directions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice
  • Combine all ingredients and shake well for about 30 to 60 seconds
  • Pour into a martini glass and garnish with an Oreo cookie on the side of the glass

Note: This makes 2 drinks.
